We had an amazing stay and couldn’t have asked for a better weekend! The house was absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and had something for everyone—both adults and kids. We spent most of our time enjoying the pool, relaxing in the hot tub, and making great memories together in the game room.<br/>The only issue we encountered was with the Wi-Fi, but the host responded immediately and had it resolved right away, which we really appreciated.<br/>Overall, it was the perfect place for a relaxing weekend with family and friends. We made so many wonderful memories and would absolutely love to come back again in the future. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful family vacation at Splash Happy! The pool was especially welcome as it brought three generations together for fun and relaxation at the end of the day. The hosts thought of everything (and more) and we felt extremely satisfied with our choice of this home!  This home was a destination in and of itself! The close proximity to Pigeon Forge and other attractions was an added boon.

We had an excellent time at The Saddle Ranch. The house is beautiful and well-equipped with everything we needed for a few relaxing days with our extended family. Both kids and adults enjoyed plenty of activities thanks to the available amenities. The host was very responsive and attentive.

Beautiful home with a very nice pool area! The only downside is quiet time starts at 10:00 as there are close neighbors so the kids couldn’t enjoy the pool in the late evening. The home has a game room with air hockey, pool table, laser tag and darts which we all enjoyed! We had a couple of issues due to improper cleaning but that was promptly handled.

Fantastic place! Great location to everything near by, and all the amenities at the cabin and on property made it so you never had to leave! Also love the fact that they had already installed rolling baby gates on the stairs. Makes a mom with littles so much less stressed and I feel like every Airbnb should do this! Great stay and fantastic hosts. Will definitely love to visit again!

We loved our stay here. The view was beautiful, beds were really comfy, the privacy was exactly what we needed. The pool, hot tub, and seeing bears were worth the travel, price, and were amazing!

Smoky Mountain Vacation Cabins

We had an incredible stay. There were five families and we fit comfortably in this gorgeous home. Brand new, comfy beds, lots of sleep options, very well stocked- had a baby closet with a high chair, pack and play, even baby spoons and forks. SO much for our kids to enjoy. We hardly had to leave the house!! Movie theater, private indoor pool, arcade, hot tub, stunning outdoor patios (3). The outdoor spaces might have been my favorite- the bottom had a sofa, fire pit, grill, hot tub and table. The second level had rocking chairs (where we could watch fireworks from Gatlinburg!), third had a swing and some chairs. Very well stocked kitchen, plenty of extra bedding, very friendly host and incredibly responsive. Lastly, the outdoor pool, lazy river, game area, outdoor movie set up, putt putt and more was so lovely. Not crowded, clean, new, relaxing. It was so worth it and we’ve made memories for a lifetime ❤️

We are a large group. My nephew got engaged while we were here and both families came together for dinner. It worked really well for what we needed. The bathrooms being in each room was very convenient. We go on family trips every year and this was the first one that we all fit so well. The nerf, laser, racing, and theater were great for the kids. Outside the beautiful sitting areas might cost all of our husbands some time and money soon to reconstruct. It’s beautiful and the owner was great as well. I didn’t have much need to correspond but they sent quiet time reminders and useful information at the beginning of the stay. My only “ugh” was the beds are very soft, my father ended up falling off the first night, so maybe not great for moving older people. (Could grab a bunkie board or a firm topper, which if we go back that way we will do to stay there.) Overall it was a blast and we definitely recommend this house and owner.

This was the perfect place to stay for both fun & relaxation. The cabin was beautiful, clean, a little secluded, & looked exactly like the pictures. The pool was bigger than I expected, it was the highlight of my kids time here, as well as the nerf gun wall. We wanted a place to stay that was beautiful & entertaining all by itself, but also wasn’t too far from attractions if we wanted to go somewhere- this was perfect. The host was very responsive and helpful. Less than 20 minutes to get to the parkway.

We had a great time here! The cabin was spotless and had tons of comfortable seating everywhere for the whole group. We spent a lot of time using the private pool, jacuzzi, home theater, and the pool and poker tables. The resort amenities were also a huge bonus—everyone loved the lazy river and mini-golf. On top of that, the host was super nice and always quick to text back. Everyone had a wonderful stay and we'd definitely come back!

House was beautiful- the great room was very stunning with mountain backdrop and perfect for photos.  Outdoor space was a good size and seemed roomier than photos.  Nice touch was each bathroom had full size amenities so no need to bring your own.  Tons of things to keep kids entertained. Even better was the hosts - extremely responsive.  Our coffee machine was not working, they came that day and replaced it.  5 star stay!
