The place was wonderful! It was a super busy area but still not a long drive to anything we wanted to do! The amenities were great! We loved the pool, hot tub, and game room! We had an amazing vacation thank you! ❤️

This place was absolutely perfect! Karen was an incredible host—so kind, welcoming, and extremely responsive throughout the entire process. The cabin was exactly as described, if not better. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared for our stay. The big heated pool was a highlight—so relaxing and such a treat! It made the whole experience feel like a little private retreat. The setting was peaceful and quiet, which made it the perfect place to unplug and recharge for a few days. Another huge plus was the location. It was very easy to get to and just a short drive to town, making it convenient to grab dinner or do a little shopping while still feeling tucked away in a serene setting. We truly loved our stay and would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We will definitely be back! ⭐

This cabin is easily found with regular gps. Location is far enough from the main attractions to get the perfect Smokey Mountain private cabin feel. Parking directly in front of the cabin allowed for easy loading and unloading of luggage. Self check in smooth with proactive messaging and door loc instructions posted. Cabin is well appointed, with very large tv screens in almost every room. Kitchen appliances and finishes very modern. Electric fireplace was a nice touch. King sized bed with plenty of pillows and extra bedding if anyone needed. Lots of stuff to do between the pool table, arcade games, theater, indoor pool, hot tub, outdoor gas fire table and outdoor couch were perfect for the cool nights. The trees around the cabin aluminate blue after dark. Wood fire pit in back yard, kids loved the slide from deck to back yard, the hammocks, as well as the swing set. Host was pet friendly, and cabin includes a crate, dog bowls, dog bed. We loved it and would go back again!!! Thank you

I had a wonderful 1-day stay at Smoky Mountain Retreat after my flight was unexpectedly rescheduled. I was able to book on very short notice, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed during a hectic travel change. Everything was well-maintained and welcoming, making it easy to relax and unwind. I truly appreciated how easy it was to secure the rental so quickly. Everything was great, and I would absolutely stay here again!

Justin, Joe, and their team were amazing! They helped make my 50th birthday the perfect weekend. The house and surroundings were beautiful and peaceful.   We will be back for sure!

We enjoyed every single minute of our time! Check in was a breeze. This was the most convenient and easiest to find cabin we have ever stayed at. No steep driveway, right off the main strip, beautiful neighborhood. Upon arrival the cabin was exactly as pictured and described in the listing. I enjoyed cooking my family breakfast and having slow mornings in the fully stocked kitchen. The upstairs was an absolute dream for the kids! Seriously! Beds were all so comfortable. The porch was a fav hang out! The fire pit, egg chairs, and hammock was a fav. My kids all asked if we could come back- and I absolutely plan to make another trip back for some more amazing memories in this one of a kind cabin!

Five Stars with a slight asterisk - of no fault of property owners’ whatsoever! We loved this place! Justin has done an awesome job with this space; we felt very much at home and we loved having the pool room on the main floor. The loft area if amazing! We have stayed in several cabins with pools and this is hands down the most comfortable and enjoyable pool we’ve had! I would certainly consider this one of our favorite stays! My only issue is with the driveway…I totally get that we’re staying in the mountains for the mountain experience and fortunately the cabin beside us was not occupied so it was not a huge deal, but a Ford Expedition will drag both in and out of this drive with scars on the blacktop to suggest I’m not the only one. Again, this is no fault of Justin’s - just a friendly heads up if you’re driving a smaller car.

Beautiful cabin! Kitchen was very well stocked and everything was clean! Any issue we had was sorted and resolved quickly. Which I appreciate! The pool was wonderful, hot tub was great and the racing simulator was a huge hit. We had a small issue with it but they had someone call and we were able to get it fixed so we were able to use it. They were super responsive when any issue did arise. I would definitely stay with them again and in this cabin again!

Lovely house, very clean, looked just like photos, more than enough space for our group. GREAT location, was surrounded by everything we needed and so much to do. Host was very responsive and quick with anything we needed help with. Pet friendly which was a plus. Overall the house was amazing and the host was fantastic. Would definitely book again if I come back to this area.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The space was well organized, thoughtfully stocked, and exactly as described in the listing. Justin and Joe were extremely responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The location was also perfect—convenient to everything we wanted to do and in a great area. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

10/10 LOVED this AirBnb!! It had EVERYTHING. The indoor pool with the LED lighting was a complete vibe in itself ! The porch swings , the outdoor seating and furniture was PLENTY of space. Something on each balcony to enjoy. The game room / loft area was perfect for the kids! I will for sure be booking this place again! The host was VERY communicative and quick response each time we had a question !
