The property had all of the amenities to keep our family entertained.The pool area was amazing and we loved the lazy river.There were plenty of decks to get away if one needed to.The property was clean and the kitchen was adequate.The host was quick to respond to our concerns.The property was close to the many activities in the area, shopping, Dollywood, mini golf, sky coasters, and Walmart We would recommend the home to others.

Beautiful property with breathtaking views! Everything was exactly as described. We especially loved the surround sound on the deck and the premium towels those little touches made the stay feel even more special.We did see a mama bear and her three cubs during our stay, but they never bothered us. She seemed to simply be searching for food for her cubs. I would recommend being cautious and avoiding going outside after dark.My only concern was the pool temperature. It was supposed to be heated to 82–84 degrees, but it felt much colder. The host was extremely responsive and even sent a technician out to check it. Although the technician confirmed it was reading 82 degrees, it definitely did not feel heated to us.That small issue would not stop me from recommending this property. The cabin was amazing, the host was attentive and responsive, and we truly enjoyed our stay. I would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our time at Fun n Sun! The house was perfect for our family. Endless hours in the pool and game room and even some time on the pickleball court. Close enough to Smokey Mountain National Park, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg to enjoy activities there. Highly recommend.

This house is perfectly located if you want to be close enough to the activity yet away from traffic and noise. Super cute brewery with live music down the road about a mile, next to the General Store, where you’ll find all sorts of goodies. Chelsea was very responsive, accommodating, and the little details left for us in the house made the stay very comfortable. The downstairs game room and bedrooms for the kids are perfect to create noise separation so everyone can have a good time in their own space.

This property was just as advertised . Place was clean, had amenities as promised Location was excellent . Super great for families . Had 2 king suites a 6 bed bunk room .Game  room was so much fun even for adults Pool was a very nice plus, had issue after storms came through but host was on it and everything remedied very quicklyWould highly recommend

Wonderful place!  Super clean and updated!  Lots of fun activities for kids to partake in.  Pool room was super fun!Only additions I would suggest would be a toaster oven and a dedicated drinking water dispenser.  But everything else is here including a handy washer/dryer.

Amazing place. From coffee and a meal on the elevated porches to the indoor swimming pool for the kids we had a great week long vacation!

This house has it all including bears!Of all the large houses that we've stayed in this house by far has met our needs the best. Each bedroom has a bathroom and the pool area has a half bath.  Beds are comfortable. There's more than enough furniture on the deck. Views are spectacular x 10!

Smoky Mountain Vacation Cabins

Nice property, clean and had all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay.   Lots of room for our three families with plenty of parking.   The resort was very nice and although this property was at the farthest end from the resort it offered more privacy with back decks overlooking the woods.   The kids had plenty to do with all the games and arcade machines.   There is a lot of electronics in the home so you do need some expertise in trying to figure out remotes and operations.   Beds were very comfortable and they also provided plenty of linens and beach towels.   Great location as well!

This home is not just a step above the rest, it by far exceeds any home our family of 9 has ever stayed at, both together & individually. It was clean, spacious, well laid out & decorated & comfortable beds. They have done an exceptional job of making this an exciting place for every guest from ages 8 years old to 92. There was something fun to do there for everyone. They even had prepared for our infant w/ a pack-n-play & high chair.The pool & hot tub were a huge hit with the younger 1/2 of our family (adults & child) while the theater was a huge hit w/ every single 1 of us w/ plenty of great movies to choose from.We didn't spend a whole lot of time in the kitchen because of all the fabulous places to eat w/in a short drive. We do plan on our next visit there to pick up some steaks to grill & eat out on the deck. It was just a tad too hot this time of year (July) for us older women to eat outside so we're saving that for a fall or spring trip back.My family and I travel often & I have never had a more positive or pleasant experience w/ communication w/ the owner. Joe always answered any questions quickly, thoroughly & was absolutely awesome! One last thing: I had only shared pictures of this amazing home & included amenities with my husband & waited an agonizing 2 months to surprise my son, his family, my brother & his wife & my mother. When each of them arrived & toured the home & amenities, they were all ecstatic to see so many wonderful surprises on every floor!

This cabin was perfect for our family of 4. It was well cleaned and stocked. The many games, ping pong and hot tub with a TV were a hit for my kids. My kids also loved the queen bunk beds and their own TVs. It’s settled in a very quiet area between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, with quite a steep drive.The only drawbacks for us were the big soaker tub takes so long to fill up it’s not really usable, and the pillows were a little soft for our liking, but that’s a personal preference.We would highly recommend this cabin!

The cabin is exactly as pictured and perfect for our family of four. Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.  I would absolutely recommend for anyone wanting to do both pigeon forge and Gatlinburg as it is equal distance to both.  No complaints or changes to recommend. We had such a nice time we decided to extend our stay by a day

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to do while still being peaceful and relaxing. The host was excellent, friendly, responsive and made the entire experience seamless from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!
