The pool deck offers plenty of shade and sunshine, a view of the ski slopes and a 20×40 pool that is 3 ft – 8 ½ ft, as well as a wading pool just deep enough for little ones with a cascading rain drop umbrella to add to the fun. The clubhouse has changing rooms and showers (bring your own towels) as well as a game room with pool table, foosball, air hockey, video game and a game table for chess and checkers. Concessions are available during open hours.

The South Clubhouse features a 58,000 gal swimming pool with sections from 1ft. – 9 ft., tennis courts, shuffle board, horseshoes and a kid’s playland enclosure for children 12 and under. Meeting rooms are available for reunions, groups and retreats for an additional fee. The Clubhouse game room has pool tables, ping pong, foosball table, checkers, chess and video games as well as a small “home style” work out room with a universal gym and other equipment to help you stay in your exercise routine.
✔️North Clubhouse
The North clubhouse offers three swimming pools, lighted tennis courts, paved walking trail, ping pong, foosball, and assorted yard games. The North tennis court are open year round for your enjoyment. If your day is full, try playing an evening game, the lights for the courts are on timers until midnight. You can bring your own tennis equipment or you are welcome to use ours during open hours. The North clubhouse also has a private banquet room available at an additional charge for family gatherings, meetings, wedding receptions and other events!

You will receive a sponge, dishwasher pods, detergent pods, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bar soap, and other extras we like to surprise you with. You will likely need to bring or buy additional trash bags and toilet tissue beyond what is provided in the starter pack. ✈️ Travel Insurance is highly recommended for your reservation. We recommend using the company called With Faye for travel insurance as they offer the best cancel for any reason travel protection. Please note that we do not provide any refunds outside of the cancelation policy of your reservation. This includes but is not limited to sickness, death in the family, weather concerns and more. For this reason we highly suggest travel insurance if you think there may be a possibility of your trip being interrupted for any reason.

The experience was exceptional (experience being the rental itself plus the customer service of the host). The rental was better and prettier than expected. The pictures do not do it justice. TONS of space, beautifully decorated, and no shortage of things to do AT the rental. The rental is also very conveniently located near both Pigeon Forge AND Gatlinburg. The host was very responsive. I highly recommend this rental and would absolutely stay again.

Urban Chic is as described. Game room was a big hit with my 8 year old. Loved that it was pup friendly. You will need to walk your dog. No real green space to let immediately out. Views are awesome! When walking on an intersecting street you see Gatlinburg strip all lit up for holiday. From home decks you get fantastic mountain views. Team are very responsive before and during stay as needed. We extended our stay and booked another of their properties as our group downsized.

The place is in the mountains and we could see the bears up close, the house is very beautiful and everything is very clean. This place is very well located very close to everything you can see in Gatlinburg. We loved that the house has spaces for games where children and adults had a lot of fun.

Beautiful Cabin for a reasonable price! The amenities were as described & we had a blast with all of it! The view is beautiful, especially in the morning! The hanging day bed was amazing to relax on! The overall best about the cabin was that it is pet friendly & my doggy goes everywhere with us, so that was a relief to know, people are still trusting enough to allow pets! THANK YOU! 💕 The cabin was very clean besides a few places had some debris by the doors & the bathroom upstairs had some dirt on the floor, but overall everything was squeaky clean! We would definitely stay again & would recommend your place to others!
