In order to receive this discount, you must make your reservation first then send us a message in Air BnB with a copy of your proof of service. The name on the reservation and payment must match the name on the proof of service. We will then refund 5% of the accommodation back to you in the resolution center the day after your check-in

✅Starter Pack and Linens: Included are towels, hand towels, washcloths, makeup wipes, sheets, quilts, extra blankets, pillows, and more. You will receive a sponge, dishwasher pods, detergent pods, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bar soap, and other extras we like to surprise you with. You will likely need to bring or buy additional trash bags and toilet tissue beyond what is provided in the starter pack. ✈️ Travel Insurance is highly recommended for your reservation. We recommend using the company called With Faye for travel insurance as they offer the best cancel for any reason travel protection. Please note that we do not provide any refunds outside of the cancelation policy of your reservation. This includes but is not limited to sickness, death in the family, weather concerns and more. For this reason we highly suggest travel insurance if you think there may be a possibility of your trip being interrupted for any reason.

Very nice house, we had a lot of fun, especially the kids, with all the activities available, games, etc. It accommodated our large group very well. The only thing we would like to note is that the bathrooms and floors need to be cleaned better, and the sofa in the living room needs to be replaced, as the faux leather is peeling off. But we definitely recommend this house.

Our group of 14 stayed for three nights and enjoyed all the property had to offer from the theater, game room, and fire pit. Plenty of room for all of us. Kitchen and cabinet storage was plenty to keep everything we needed for our trip. Host was very accommodating with the weather conditions during our trip and responsive to my messages. Look forward to staying in the future.

The home had a fresh Pine-Sol scent upon arrival, and it was in excellent condition overall. However, I was a bit turned off by the presence of pet hair throughout the house, as the host welcomes fur babies. While the space appeared immaculate, I couldn’t shake the thought of a pet sleeping in the bed, which may be a concern for some. That said, the beds were incredibly comfortable, which is a must for me during a week-long stay. One small drawback was the absence of full-length mirrors, which I personally find essential. On the plus side, each room was equipped with smart Tvs a big win for both adults and kids! The open layout provided plenty of space, and the kids had an absolute blast. One downside was the lack of full-length mirrors. I’d skip a 3-hour drive to Nashville and the Gaylord Smoky Mountains Christmas attraction Colorado’s Gaylord is far better. Lastly, the hosts were highly responsive, with a team of six ensuring all our needs were met. I would definitely stay again.

Our stay at this property was impacted by a few issues. First, the house was not cleaned well prior to our arrival. Each room had visible dirt and dust, with cobwebs beneath tables and in corners etc. The biggest disappointment was a lack of communication about maintenance during our stay. No one notified us prior to our arrival the heat was not working and a maintenance worker was in the house! We also experienced a power outage in the basement the next day requiring additional work from an electrician, again cutting out the heat and other amenities. Both took several hours to address with very little communication from the hosts. Also, the yard is not fenced and there is an unleashed neighbor dog that visits the backyard area frequently.

Place was great just as described. Kids loved the game room , plenty of space. Had some challenges , host was very responsive and accommodating. The living room couch was worn naturally from guests. Unfortunately it was releasing pieces of leather all over the living room had to keep my toddler from eating it constantly. It needs to be replaced. I would recommend to bring additional toiletries the starter kit was just not enough for all my guests . Location was great close to all Attractions including Dollywood . Over all loved it , would recommend to anyone looking for a nice get away.

Great Airbnb for our large group. All 15 guests had plenty of space & adequate accommodations for the party of that size. Host was very responsive as issues arouse. Good location & great amenities for staying in or traveling into town!

Beautiful home that worked well for our large group of 17 - lots to do on the property it self to keep the kids busy and entertained. Pickle ball court was a hit! Hosts were highly responsive if we had a need or question.

Beautiful Home! My family and really enjoyed our stay. Pictures doesn’t do this place any justice! Brittany was very accommodating, and responsive. Only problem was ants, in the kitchen and the movie room, wasn’t a big deal. Would definitely book again!
