This cabin is decorated for Christmas from approximately December 1st through 31st based on availability. These exact dates are not guaranteed if the cabin is occupied as we will decorate the cabin based on availability.

In order to receive this discount, you must make your reservation first then send us a message with a copy of your proof of service. The name on the reservation and payment must match the name on the proof of service. We will then refund 5% of the accommodation back to you in the resolution center the day of your check in.
The Smith Creek Reserve is under construction currently. There may be some construction noise and vehicles during your visit that is out of our control. These homes are very insulated so the noise of construction is limited inside of the homes. Refunds are not available and prices are currently discounted due to the construction.

Myself and my friends had an incredible stay at Justin’s Airbnb! From the moment we walked in, everything was exactly as described- clean, cozy, and well appointed with all the necessary essentials. The location was PERFECT close to many restaurants, grocery stories, museums, and even the Tanger Outlet. Justin and Ms. Barbara was very responsive, ensuring we had everything that we needed to make our stay as peaceful and comfortable as possible. Outside of the hot tub not being accessible to us due to a maintenance malfunction, I would honestly say we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend anyone visiting the area. We thank you all so much for making our stay a remarkable experience.

This home certainly accommodated our family of 17! Perfect modern design and plenty of amenities for entire home and kitchen. Lots of extras, from an indoor pool, a hot tub, porch swings, movie room, and a gameroom for the kids with karaoke, video games, and shuffle board. Great hosts!

We had a great Christmas family time at the cabin. We were 3 families with children and it was spacious for everyone. 6 parking spots enough for everyone. Near by Walmart and Publix. Justin was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The cabin is new , beautifully furnished and very clean with multiple activities for the adults and kids. We had a decorated Christmas tree which was great. The pool and the hot tub were great and one of the main spots to enjoy. The pool water was slightly cold for few of adults but the kids did not mind at all. The drive was easy and no steep hills to climb. There is still construction in the neighborhood , we knew about it, and it did not bother us at all. Overall, we had a great experience and wonderful Christmas break. We are looking forward to coming back in the future to enjoy the new amenities that are still under construction in the neighborhood. Thank you Justin.

The cabin is as described and a very cool set up that can accommodate a large party. Kids loved the indoor pool and theater. The only drawback currently is the entire neighborhood is being developed and there is a ton of construction. We were not aware of this when booking so it was a surprise to us how many tractors, lifts and trucks were in action. I am sure this neighborhood will be incredible once finished but be aware of construction noise.
