Neighborhood
Bluff Mountain Acres is a community of cabins on larger properties so you are not close to you neighbors, but still within 10 minutes of the parkway in Pigeon Forge and close to area attractions. The drive is easy with no steep roads and all roads are paved and wide enough for 2 vehicles.
Transit
Parking is private to your cabin and there is room for 3 large vehicles on the driveway ! The cabin sits on just shy of an acre of land and is on the corner which offers complete privacy and an open feel. Access to the cabin and neighborhood is an easy drive. For those feeling more adventurous, car racing, mountain coasters and ziplines are nearby too!

** Please note that there is some construction going on across the street from this cabin that may have some construction noise as of September 2024, until about 5pm ** We have high speed internet, Roku TVs in all rooms - 85" in the theater room. Shops are less than 10 minutes away. The roads are easy to drive and are paved. ★ Starter Pack ★ Our housekeeping team provides a starter pack of supplies. Anything needed in addition to these should be brought by the guest. You can also have Instacart deliver food/drinks/supplies to the cabin as well. - Trash can liners - 1 additional provided - 1 Dishwasher pod, sponge & d=small detergent - 1 Laundry pod - 1 Hand soap - Hotel sized Shampoo, Conditioner & Body Wash - 1 Roll paper towel - 2 Rolls Toilet tissue per bathroom - 1 set of towels per person for the maximum capacity of the cabin ✈️ Travel Insurance is highly recommended for your reservation. We recommend using the company called With Faye for travel insurance as they offer the best cancel for any reason travel protection. Please note that we do not provide any refunds outside of the cancelation policy of your reservation. This includes but is not limited to sickness, death in the family, weather concerns and more. For this reason we highly suggest travel insurance if you think there may be a possibility of your trip being interrupted for any reason.
House Rules
VACATION RENTAL HOUSE RULES Complying with these House Rules at the Vacation Rental Property is a requirement of the vacation rental agreement. Failure to adhere to the below House Rules may result in penalties such as deductions from the security deposit. 1. GENERAL This Vacation Rental is suitable for children. Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times, as well as any disturbance caused to other residents in the Neighborhood; 2. NOISE AND THE NEIGHBORHOOD Excessive noise is prohibited at all times and may result in termination of the vacation rental agreement, eviction, loss of rental paid, and extra charges which may be deducted from the Security Deposit. 3. VISITORS Guests and Visitors must keep noise to a minimum especially during nighttime hours (e.g. 11 pm – 8 am), and upon arrival and departure. Guests are responsible for ensuring maximum visitor numbers are not exceeded and that visitors are complicit with these House Rules. Guests must notify the Owner of any disputes or complaints from neighbors as soon as reasonably practicable. 4. FUNCTIONS Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at the Vacation Rental. 5. PARKING Guests and any Visitors are to comply with parking regulations and other requirements, parking for 3 vehicles is available. 6. GARBAGE AND RECYCLING Guests and their Visitors are to dispose of Garbage and Recycling in the allocated trash cans. 7. SECURITY One security camera is located on the front porch to ensure insurance requirements for the property. Any time Guests leave the Vacation Rental, it is their responsibility to ensure all windows and doors are closed/locked to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage. Guests must switch off lights, fans, and electronics such as televisions when not in use to promote energy saving. Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at the Vacation Rental. 8. HOT TUB and SWIMMING POOL For safety reasons, it is not permitted to use any glassware in or around the pool or hot tub area. Children are to be accompanied by an adult when using the swimming pool. Guests must supervise any babies and children at all times when using the Deck and Balcony areas including the swimming pool and hot tub. 9. BALCONY AND DECK AREAS Guests must supervise any babies and children at all times when using the Deck and Balcony areas. 10. SMOKING Smoking is not permitted inside the Vacation Rental. Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly (i.e. in the ashtray provided) and not thrown on property grounds. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from the security deposit. 11. PETS Pets are not permitted at the Vacation Rental. 12. BARBECUE Gas grill and open fire pit with grate. All utensils are inside the kitchen please clean the grill or grates after each use. 13. EMERGENCY CONTACT DETAILS In case of emergency dial 911 first Emergency contact: Karen De Amorim - 14. COMPLIANCE WITH VACATION RENTAL HOUSE RULES Breach of any of these House Rules is a breach of the Terms and Conditions of occupancy as per the Rental Agreement. The Owner reserves the right to terminate permission to occupy and to evict from the Vacation Rental, any Guests or Visitors who refuse to follow these House Rules or who cause a nuisance to neighbors or other residents of the community. All Damages and Breakages must be reported to the Owner as soon as reasonably practicable. Failure to report them will likely result in a penalty deduction from the security deposit. To avoid Damages and Breakages, no furniture must be moved from one room to another without prior agreement. No bathroom towels will be removed from the property.

We loved our stay! It snowed during our visit, so we stayed in for most of the time. We had groceries delivered before the storm and had everything we needed there at the cabin. The scenery was extra beautiful with the snow! The hosts were very responsive and helpful with any of our questions. Would definitely plan another stay!

We were extremely disappointed with our stay. The pictures of the cabin were very deceiving—it looked beautiful online, but the reality was far from it. The house was dirty and dusty, with dead bugs, live bugs, and even rat droppings in some areas. The pool, which was a key reason we booked this property, was below the standard temp and completely unusable, which was a huge letdown. The host offered to send someone in to "fix" the pool temp but the last thing we wanted to worry about once we were on vacation was getting all these issues resolved during our vacation. While the host did offer to send a cleaning crew after we arrived, it didn’t change the fact that we were expecting a clean and well-maintained space upon arrival, especially after paying nearly $7,000 for the stay. Unfortunately, the overall experience fell well short of what we had hoped for, and we wouldn’t recommend this property to others.

This place is worth is. It’s really nice, the kids loved the pool and the billiards table. Comfy beds. Once you get down the road you’re close to everything. Highly recommend.
