Don't worry about the headache of looking for parking in Downtown Gatlinburg! At the base of the mountain is a FREE Trolley service that will take you to and from Downtown Gatlinburg.
* Pets *
We're pet friendly and accept up to 2 medium sized dogs per reservation. We provide 2 pet crates, toys, leash and food/water bowls for your fur baby. The pet fee of $125 applies when bringing up to 2 dogs. We do not permit cats or other animals in this cabin.
* Young Children *
We provide a Pack N' Play, Full Size Stroller, Portable High Chair and Booster Seat so you do not have to pack these items.

We are proud to offer all Current Military, Veterans, Police & Firefighters a 10% discount. In order to receive this discount, you must make your reservation first then send us a message with a copy of your proof of service. The name on the reservation and payment must match the name on the proof of service. We will then refund 10% of the accommodation back to you in the resolution center the day of your check in. Notes
Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited to be brought onto the balconies per the local fire code. There is a charcoal grill at the property for your use so there is no need to bring a grill to this property. Starter Pack and Linens: Included are towels, hand towels, washcloths, makeup wipes, sheets, quilts, extra blankets, pillows, and more. You will receive a sponge, dishwasher pods, detergent pods, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bar soap, and other extras we like to surprise you with. You will likely need to bring or buy additional trash bags and toilet tissue beyond what is provided in the starter pack. ✈️ Travel Insurance is highly recommended for your reservation. We recommend using the company called With Faye for travel insurance as they offer the best cancel for any reason travel protection. Please note that we do not provide any refunds outside of the cancelation policy of your reservation. This includes but is not limited to sickness, death in the family, weather concerns and more. For this reason we highly suggest travel insurance if you think there may be a possibility of your trip being interrupted for any reason.
House Rules
* Please note - If you are arriving on the same day that you are making the reservation, you must message us prior to making your reservation to ensure the cabin will be ready for you. Please include the time you expect to arrive in your message. * Quiet hours outside of the home after 10pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. Noise ordinances are followed in this area. * No smoking inside of the cabin. There is a smoking receptacle behind the house. $400 smoke cleaning fee inside of the cabin. * Please do not bathe your pet or service animal in the showers. This will clog our septic tank. * Up to 5 dogs are allowed. No aggressive breeds allowed. There is a 36 inch dog crate in the home. Any pet left home alone must remain in the crate. In order to bring a pet, you must select the # of pets on your reservation. Guests violating this policy will be asked to leave without refund. The pet fee covers up to 2 pets. There will be an additional fee of $50 per pet for each additional pet. Please let us know if you are bringing more than 2 pets and we will invoice you after your reservation has been made. * We have 3 exterior cameras. Two are at the top of the driveway, facing the parking areas and bbq grill. The third camera looks toward the bottom of the driveway. The cameras record audio/video but are only activated by motion

My family and I had a 5 star stay at this property! It had lots to do for kids and adults, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and everything was very clean. We also appreciated how they provided additional amenities like dog bowls/leashes, a large crate, basic kitchen spices, and different cooking pots. We also noticed the quality of towels they had which were so nice to use after a full day of events and showering. The home is spacious and the views are so beautiful in almost every direction. Gatlinburg is just a few miles away to great restaurants, attractions, and so much more. Our host was a pleasure to communicate with, professional, and very responsive. The only thing I would mention is that the property is located on a steep hill so those with large SUV’s or that are not use to driving up mountains definitely contact the host for any questions. We hope to be back soon!!

Lovely cabin just as pictured with lots to do!! Our boys (ages 19-28) had a fun time in the hot tub and loved the game room. We thought the cabin was beautiful and the host had thought of everything. Only thing of note is the steep driveway…could be problematic in bad weather. We got the hang of it fairly quickly and loved the views!

Absolutely gorgeous house in a great location. Lots to do inside of the house and we had an amazing time staying here. Very spacious, lots of natural lighting and a great host. The house was very clean other than a pair of old socks that had been left behind from a previous guest in one of the beds under the sheets. Other than that the stay was great and I would rent again.

This was our first experience using Airbnb and I have to say it was an A+ first experience. The cabin was beautiful and perfect for adults and kids with plenty to keep them occupied inside. The views from the cabin were so pretty. Close to everything in Gatlinburg. Anthony responded promptly to answer any and all questions. Very pleased and would highly recommend. Perfect for Families! It snowed on our way out and the Christmas Tree made the perfect touch for memories and pictures! Memory Maker for sure! A+ all the way!

Staying at the Big Bear shack was a phenomenal experience! It’s such a cozy place with a multitude of things to do. Anthony was such a great host by being quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had!

We LOVED our stay. Family of 4 with 2 teen kids. The entire family really enjoyed driving up the mountain and the view. Great spot if you want out of the touristy downtown areas. House was very clean. My husband was nervous because they do allow pets. The house did not smell like pets at all and was very comfortable to stay in. At the time of our stay, the lower level television was not working. After looking into it, my husband noticed that one of the cords were broken. I believe if the owners had known about it, they would’ve fixed it right away. We didn’t necessarily need that television so it wasn’t a priority to reach out to him about it. I would recommend staying here . We really enjoyed the area and the house itself.
