Welcome to Alpine Splash! This BRAND NEW luxury cabin is located in the prestigious new development of Smith Creek Reserve and will accommodate large groups of up to 20 guests. It features beautiful mountain views and is just 1 mile to The Parkway in Pigeon Forge where you'll find an abundance of attractions such as Dollywood, shopping, dining, and activities for all ages of the whole family. This property features a beautiful indoor pool and expansive balconies on all 3 levels of the home.

Alpine Splash features 5 private bedrooms, 4 with King size beds and every bedroom has en-suite bathroom access. Groups of up to 20 guests can spread out in this luxurious brand new cabin. The cabin features a private indoor pool, game room with arcades and board games, private indoor theater with 85" TV and Sonos surround system, a fully appointed kitchen for all of your cooking needs, a private hot tub with mountain views and a private fire table with rocking chair seating near the hot tub.

This cabin is decorated for Christmas from approximately December 1st through 31st based on availability. These exact dates are not guaranteed if the cabin is occupied as we will decorate the cabin based on availability.
👷♂️ Please note that this is a brand new community that is still under construction. There may be some construction noise in this community during your visit. The community amenity park is expecting to be complete around February 2025.
🚔 Military, Veteran, Police & Firefighter Discount 🎖️
We are proud to offer all Current Military, Veterans, Police & Firefighters a 5% discount. In order to receive this discount, you must make your reservation first then send us a message with a copy of your proof of service. The name on the reservation and payment must match the name on the proof of service. We will then refund 5% of the accommodation back to you in the resolution center the day of your check in.
The Smith Creek Reserve is under construction currently. There may be some construction noise and vehicles during your visit that is out of our control. These homes are very insulated so the noise of construction is limited inside of the homes. Refunds are not available and prices are currently discounted due to the construction.

The community amenity park is expecting to be complete early 2025. This is not a guarantee on their timeline, it is an estimate on the completion date only. The community park will have a lazy river, outdoor theater, outdoor pool, outdoor fire pits, life-size billiards, kids splash pad and more. 📆 Restricted Check In/Out Days - Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day. You may not check in our out on these holiday days. ✅Starter Pack and Linens: Included are towels, hand towels, washcloths, makeup wipes, sheets, quilts, extra blankets, pillows, and more. You will receive a sponge, dishwasher pods, detergent pods, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bar soap, and other extras we like to surprise you with. You will likely need to bring or buy additional trash bags and toilet tissue beyond what is provided in the starter pack. ✈️ Travel Insurance is highly recommended for your reservation. We recommend using the company called With Faye for travel insurance as they offer the best cancel for any reason travel protection. Please note that we do not provide any refunds outside of the cancelation policy of your reservation. This includes but is not limited to sickness, death in the family, weather concerns and more. For this reason we highly suggest travel insurance if you think there may be a possibility of your trip being interrupted for any reason.

Our stay at Alpine Splash was everything we hoped it would be for our annual girl’s trip. The property was as described. Joe was very easy to communicate with. Having an indoor heated pool was the icing on the cake! While the water pressure in the kitchen was very low and sometimes while taking a shower, it did not impact how much we enjoyed ourselves. Each bedroom is well appointed and comfortable. We have already shared this property with friends and family. I would definitely stay again.

We love the house and the location. Joe was great an very responsive. The only issues we had was the towels were folded as if they were wash but were dirty and the floors had been swept but hasn’t been mopped, the left the kids feet black after walking at for a couple minutes.

I must say I had a great experience! Once the new development is complete, you will be able to enjoy the beauty of it all. Water pressure, I’m sure is out of your control but it was very low. Also, with sleeping 20, I think there should be more towels to accommodate the guest as well as tissue and paper towel and trash bags. Luckily, we traveled with extra. Overall the stay was great, communication was great and the indoor pool was a hit! I will stay again in the near future.

What a lovely place! This listing doesn’t just sleep 20, but actually has space for all guests to enjoy each other’s company. The guides Joe sent had all the information I needed to pack - no wondering if there would be towels or frying pans. It is very conveniently located, just a hop away from anyplace you’d want to go.
